The Directorate of Education, Delhi (DOE) has started the registration process for Delhi Nursery Admission 2023-24 in private schools. The registration process will continue on 23 November 2023. Parents can apply to Delhi Nursery Admission 2023-24 online by visiting the official website edudel.nic.in.
The Delhi government will close the nursery admission process for the academic session 2023-24 on 8 March 2024. As per updates, 25% of seats are reserved for students belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Disadvantaged Group (DG) in every school.

www.edudel.nic.in 2023-24 Nursery EWS DG Admission
The Delhi Nursery Admission Scheme is operated by the Government of Delhi. Through this scheme, 25% of seats in private schools are reserved for economically weaker sections and physically challenged students. The scheme is administered through the Directorate of Education. Free education is provided by the government under Delhi Nursery Admission.
It will be mandatory for all Delhi schools to follow the admission schedule prescribed by the government of NCT under this scheme. The school will decide the eligibility criteria. According to which students will be provided admission under this scheme. Schools will divide marks as per the eligibility criteria.
Delhi School Admission for Nursery 2023-24 Notification
An eligibility criteria has been set by the government to provide the benefits of this scheme. Students fulfilling this eligibility can get the benefit of this scheme. This scheme is operated under the Right to Education Act 2009. About 1.25 lakh students are provided the benefit of this scheme through Delhi Nursery Admission 2023-24 in about 1700 private schools. This scheme will prove effective in improving the level of education. Apart from this, the students will also become empowered and self-reliant by the operation of this scheme.
Delhi Nursery Admission is conducted by the Government of Delhi to provide free education to economically weak students in privately recognized universities. The admission schedule for the year 2023-24 has been released by the government. The admission process for the year 2023-24 will start on 20 November 2023 and will continue till 8 March 2024.

Age:
Should be at least 4 years for Nursery, not less than 5 years for KG (Pre-primary), and at least 6 years for Class I. The minimum age required for enrollment is three, four, and five years.
