Last year gave us a number of shows which were interesting and delightful to watch. And one of the series that got viewers really talking was HBO Max’s original limited series The White Lotus. The show will air on 11 December 2022 so don’t miss the series.
The White Lotus Season 2
The White Lotus season 2 follows the guests and the employees of the White Lotus resort as they deal with messy relationships during what is supposed to be a luxurious and relaxing island getaway.
The White Lotu’s first season was so well received that it earned twenty Emmy nominations, including for, like, nearly every member of the cast, and it won ten of them! Given that, it’s no surprise that The White Lotus season 2 is about to bless our screens which started on 30 October 2022. The White Lotus season 2 is set in Italy, and HBO dropped the first trailer in the month of August featuring Jennifer Coolidge, who plays a truly iconic character on the show.

The White lotus Season 2 Review
The doors for the White Lotus Hotel open for some of the richest guests again but unlike White Lotus season 1 where the week-long holiday took place on the shores of this hotel in Hawaii, this time the doors have opened for The White Lotus Hotel in Sicily. Creator Mike White returned with a second season filled with thrill and entertainment individuals who double up as his puppets to tell yet another great tale with a serving of humor.
The White Lotus season 2, which wasn’t originally planned by Mike White while making season 1, emerges as a different story with only 2 people connecting it with the Hawaiian tale Tanya McQuoid-Hunt (Jennifer Coolidge) and Greg Hunt (Jon Gries).
The White Lotus season 2 lives up to the expectations of its fans all over the world but doesn’t surpass season one’s benchmark. It is clear that Mike White has pushed his creative limitations set in The White lotus season 1 by introducing deeper and more characters to help tangle and detangle this season. The writing of the White Lotus season 2 looked great much like season one.
The White lotus Season 2 Recap
This time Mike White’s social satire The White Lotus reaches Sicily for its second season. There are some new guests, a new drama, and a new location but the same starting point: murder, or murders, at the lavish luxury hotel. The White Lotus season 2 has been released and will be broadcasted on Disney+ Hotstar.
White Lotus season one, set in Hawaii, was strangely delectable, mysterious, hilarious, and a treat to watch while also being a social commentary on gender and class inequalities. The White Lotus season 2 is set in Sicily and rather than the upstairs-downstairs dynamics, the focus this time is on relationships, so guys watch the show and enjoy every bit of it.
