Kumkum Bhagya (2014 debut) is an Indian drama TV series, which has been one of the top performers on the national TV network ZeeTV. The show has been known for its compelling storylines which has met several twists and turns in a span of almost a decade now. The series has also been popular as one of the producers behind the success of the show has been Ekta Kapoor, who has developed the show under the banner of Balaji Telefilms.
The show Kumkum Bhagya has gone through a lot of changes in the past, and the characters in the show have been different for the stories of the first generation of the Kumkum Bhagya leads, and the second generation (the present cast). The Indian TV drama, Kumkum Bhagya, has been airing on the Indian TV network ZeeTv for the last 10 years, and as a result, the show has been a huge hit in the country. Kumkum Bhagya Written Update & Premise
The original concept behind the Kumkum Bhagya Story was the plot which was inspired by the 1811 novel, popularly called Sense and Sensibility, authored by Jane Austen. The initial story is about the two daughters of Sarla Arora, who is a single mother owning a marriage hall, which is called the Kumkum Bhagya. Sarla’s two daughters are Pragya Arora and Bulbul Arora, and for Pragya, Sarla is constantly worried as she thinks her daughter is not going to be finding a groom for herself.
As of 25th September 2023, the story has reached with Akshay and Prachi deciding to return to their homes. On the way, Manpreet confirms with Akshay if he found anything about Khushi’s (Prachi’s daughter) location but Akshay tells that he has not. Prachi hears this, and gets emotional as she keeps looking at the flute, which reminds her of Khushi. Following this, Prachi starts crying and both Manpreet and Akshay try to tell her not to cry. Prachi says that she has been a bad mother, and wants to die for losing her daughter.
Manpreet slaps Prachi saying she is wrong, and tells her that Prachi is a good mother, and that God is going to help her meet Khushi very soon. In the next scene, Ashok and Vishaka enter the room, and Prachi asks Ashok to look for Khushi. Ashok tells her that he has hired a detective who is an expert in child kidnapping to help. This is followed by Ranbir who is helped by another guy in escaping the lock up, as he tells that he had also lost his daughter.
Kumkum Bhagya Written Episode Updates
In the next episode on 26th September 2023, Vishaka informs Akshay that Ranbir’s call has given his location in Bakshi Chawl. On 27th September 2023, Rana and various goons are taking Khushi, when she screams and Ranbir hears her while he is unconscious there. As a result, he informs Prachi that the kidnapper is Akshay himself.
This leads to 28th September 2023 Kumkum Bhagya Episode, when Prachi is asking Rana to tell about who has been the kidnapper all this time, and Rana at first, aims at Ranbir but then moves to Akshay. After this, Mihika looks at Khushi who is still sleeping with a knife in her hand. In the end of this episode, finally Ranbir is able to rescue Khushi with the help of the police, and after fighting Rana at the same time.
